I read this long, wonderful saga of a story in one and a half days. It's the story of six sisters ( i guess i don't know why it's called seven sisters yet.) who are all adopted and their dad dies. I assume each book will be the story of one sister. In this one Maia follows a journey to find out about her birth mom, after reading a letter her dad wrote and finds herself in a journey that changes her life.

It's strange :) This is the story of Jane O. who walks into the office of her therapist, which she only met once many years before (even though he doesn't remember) and then doesn't come back. Until he gets a call that she woke up in the park and is now at the hospital and can't remember the last day. The story goes back and forth between Jane's diary entries and the therapist. And the more we find out, the more confused we get. It becomes hard to understand what's real and what's not. And you have to be willing to suspend your disbelief and just go with it. Review: Finding Grace

Finding Grace by Loretta Rothschild My rating: 4 of 5 stars I read A LOT of books so it's really really rare for me to find a book with a premise I have never seen before. And this one took the cake. By the end of the first chapter, you're like WHOA did not see that coming. And then you're spending a bunch of the rest of this book reorienting. I know people will have mixed feelings but I loved it. I liked the twist and then the turn the story took. I liked how the author played with the way stories are told. I liked how the characters grew and surprised you both with their stupidity and humanness. I think this one will be controversial, people will love or hate. I am of the former camp.
